Role - PCB Design Engineer

Job description:
1. PCB Design & Layout: Conceptualize, design, and route multi-layer PCBs (up to 6 layers) utilizing Altium Designer.
2. Circuit Knowledge: Apply strong working knowledge of digital and analog circuits to design reliable electrical hardware.
3. Power Electronics Layout: Create high-reliability board designs optimized for power electronics applications, including thermal management and heavy copper routing.
4. Compliance Standards: Implement strong EMC/EMI design practices and board-level safety standards for high-voltage systems.
5. Cross-functional Coordination: Actively collaborate with hardware, software, production, and testing teams to streamline prototype-to-production pipelines.

Preferred candidate profile:
1. Technical Experience: Proven experience in layout design for power electronics circuits like rectifiers, inverters, and DC-DC converters.
2. Component Integration: Strong understanding of integrating system peripherals like VFDs, PLC communication modules, relays, and HMI systems at the schematic and board layer.
3. Testing & Debugging: Experience in hardware testing, debugging, and validating prototype power system boards.
4. B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
5. Experience 4 to 6 years in PCB design.
6. Immediate joiners are preferable.
