Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - QA Platform & AI-Assisted Testing

The Lead Developer owns the technical vision and delivery of an AI-enabled Quality Engineering platform that accelerates test design, automation, and insight generation. This role bridges software engineering and modern QA, ensuring the platform supports scalable, repeatable testing practices across multiple teams and products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for stabilizing the current proof-of-concept, completing core capabilities, and evolving the tool into a reusable, enterprise-grade QA platform.

Key Responsibilities: Own architecture and technical direction of the QA automation and AI testing platform Evolve the existing POC into a production-ready solution supporting multiple QA teams Design AI-assisted workflows for: Test scenario generation (BDD, exploratory, regression)

Automation script generation and maintenance Test coverage analysis and duplication detection Define standards for test asset lifecycle management (creation, versioning, reuse) Ensure outputs integrate cleanly with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools Establish quality gates, metrics, and traceability across test assets Lead backend, frontend, and AI integration decisions Mentor two developers and enforce engineering and QE best practices Partner with QA leadership to align the platform with enterprise testing strategy

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Required Skills & Experience in software engineering or test platform development Strong expertise in Python (3.11), Flask, and API design Deep understanding of Quality Engineering concepts: Automation pyramids Regression strategy Test coverage and risk-based testing Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (GPT-4o or similar) into testing workflows Strong experience with PostgreSQL and test data persistence

Experience building tools used by testers and automation engineers Familiarity with Angular or similar frontend frameworks

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience building internal QA platforms or accelerators Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST/API testing tools Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Exposure to GenAI governance, prompt reuse, and guardrails
