Job Description

Job Purpose

To strategically lead and optimize the performance of the Pharmacy Benefit Management department, driving cost savings and improving member outcomes at a top management level.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and inspire a large offshore technology organization (span of 200–500 members).
  • Cultivate high-performing engineering teams and managers.
  • Motivate and engage teams with a grounded, collaborative approach.

Technology Strategy & Delivery

  • Define architectural and design direction for technology teams.
  • Oversee development and implementation of enterprise architecture and delivery solutions.
  • Drive modernization initiatives leveraging cloud, DevOps, and automation.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with U.S.-based leaders and local leadership to align on priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Innovation & Quality

  • Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across teams

Requirements

Experience

  • 20+ years in technology leadership roles, in Healthcare and PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domains.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale teams (200–500 members).

Technical Depth

  • Strong hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, application development, and integration.
  • Expertise in modern technologies (cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, API frameworks).

Leadership Skills

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
