Shift: 2:30 AM11:30 AM (2 days), 7:00 AM4:00 PM (3 days)

Location: Gurgaon, Badshahpur

Role Responsibilities (Both Roles have the Same Description)

1. Support recruitment events.
2. Support the team during knowledge transfer; drive performance metrics during and post-KT.
3. Study and bridge gaps in SOPs; drive audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for employee lifecycle operations.
4. Ensure robust FMEA and mitigation strategies.
5. Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals; drive continuous improvement.
6. Identify and implement process excellence opportunities; monitor quality assurance frameworks.
7. Bring domain expertise; support new hire onboarding, refresher sessions, and cross-training.
8. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
