This role is for a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processes for multiple countries within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality while maintaining strict adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Take full ownership of payroll processes for multiple countries across the GCC. Ensure all payroll data is processed with exceptional accuracy, submitted in a timely manner, and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Compliance: Proactively ensure adherence to all local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies within the GCC region to minimize risk and ensure legal compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
