Payroll Specialist

Experience and Knowledge in end to end of US Payroll processing

Ability to Handle Queries and Exceptions

Ability to perform complex transactional activities

Ability to guide the team on complex and judgmental activities

Interaction with customer, vendor and 3rd parties

Ability to lead teams as

Team handling experience in outsourcing environment

Exposure to audits, Quality standards, Continuous improvement etc.

Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll calendar

Knowledge of US payroll finance reconciliation activities

Knowledge of US payroll Tax, Absences, Terminations, yearend activities including W2 etc.,

Analytical and presentation skills

Knowledge of any payroll ERP preferably JD Edwards.
