Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end monthly salary payroll and compute accurate tax liability for employees

- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and LWF calculations and timely filings

- Calculate TDS and independently manage return filing on a quarterly and annual basis

- Compute and process Full & Final settlements for exiting employees

- Maintain and update payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality

- Independently resolve employee queries related to income tax, exemptions, and deductions

- Generate and manage Form-16 for employees annually

Requirements:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance

- Strong working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS regulations

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with payroll software (Darwin Box )

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive payroll data with discretion

Salary: ₹7–8 LPA

Experience: 4–6 years
