Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple business units. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll compliance, statutory regulations, and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly as applicable)
- Ensure accurate salary computation, including bonuses, incentives, overtime, and deductions
- Handle statutory compliances:
- PF, ESI, PT, TDS
- Income Tax calculations & Form 16
- Process new joiners, exits, and full & final settlements
- Maintain payroll records, employee salary data, and documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related activities
- Address employee queries related to payroll, tax, deductions, and payslips
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and audit support documents
- Manage payroll for IT services, staffing, and GCC workforce
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
- 25 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll & statutory laws
- Experience with payroll tools (Zoho Payroll, RazorpayX, SAP, ADP, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services / Staffing / GCC environment
- Exposure to multi-location or multi-entity payroll
- Basic understanding of accounting and taxation
- Experience handling payroll audits
