We are looking for a passionate HR Professional to join our Payroll team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role: Payroll

Location: Corporate Office, Old Airport Road, Bangalore

What You'll Do:

  • Role focuses on strengthening payroll governance through validation and quality checks.
  • Ensures accuracy of payroll inputs like attendance, allowances, and incentives.
  • Cross-verifies data with biometric records, rosters, and HR policies.
  • Conducts pre-payroll maker-checker reviews to avoid errors.
  • Identifies discrepancies such as incorrect payments or duplicate entries.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintains audit trails and supports internal/external audits.
  • Prepares reports highlighting discrepancies and improvement areas.
  • Contributes to process improvements, SOPs, and automation initiatives.
  • Success measured by error reduction, audit closure, and timely validation.

Key Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Reduction in payroll errors / adjustments
  • % of payroll inputs validated before processing
  • Audit observations closure rate
  • Turnaround time for validation and issue resolution

What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or compliance
  • Experience in multi-location organization preferred
