The Analyst Singapore & Philippines Payroll Operations supports accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for the Singapore and Philippines employee populations. This role provides payroll execution support, validates payroll data, resolves routine issues, and builds foundational knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
Our Team
You'll join the Payroll Operations team within HR Operations, a cross-functional shared-services group that partners closely with Business HR and Finance to deliver payroll services for our Singapore and Philippines populations. The team values accuracy, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
What You Will Do
- Own day-to-day payroll execution support activities for SG & PH to help ensure on-time, accurate pay delivery.
- Validate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, compensation changes, variable pay, statutory deductions) and reconcile payroll data before disbursement.
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine payroll queries from employees, HR, and Finance, resolving issues within SLAs and escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Support compliance and internal control requirements by assembling documentation and performing reconciliations for audits and reviews.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts alongside senior team members, documenting changes and maintaining up-to-date process notes and checklists.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, cross-training, and capability-building to strengthen team coverage and resiliency.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll operations, HR operations, or a related role (experience in SG, PH, or India payroll environments preferred).
- Basic understanding of payroll concepts, statutory compliance, and data validation principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a structured, high-volume operational environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with multiple stakeholders.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)
- Direct exposure to Singapore and/or Philippines payroll operations or statutory frameworks.
- Experience in shared services or operational delivery environments.
- Familiarity with payroll or HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Paymaster, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated capability with payroll data reconciliation and operational documentation.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a regulated payroll environment.
