Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist, located in Chennai. As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage and process employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Responsibilities include handling payroll administration, processing garnishments, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes, and resolving payroll-related inquiries. You will also assist in preparing reports and maintaining confidential records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance regulations
- Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Services
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with payroll software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
- Prior experience in payroll within a corporate or consulting environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
