Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Department: Payroll / Finance (Healthcare Staffing)

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (5 Days Working)

Goal of the Position: The Payroll Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for US healthcare staffing employees (nurses, clinicians, allied staff, etc.). The role involves processing payroll based on timesheets, ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and validate timesheets for healthcare professionals (nurses, clinicians, etc.)

• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for US healthcare staffing employees

• Enter and maintain payroll data in ADP and payroll systems

• Perform payroll preview and final processing ensuring accuracy

• Calculate wages based on hours worked, shifts, overtime, and bill/pay rates

• Ensure accurate deduction of US taxes (Federal, State, FICA, Medicare)

• Manage benefits, 401(k), and other payroll-related deductions

• Handle off-cycle payments, including termination pay and adjustments

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations

• Resolve payroll discrepancies, including timesheet issues and pay variances

• Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely manner

• Extract and analyze data from timekeeping systems (E-time) and ADP reports

• Manage garnishments, benefit deductions, and refunds

• Handle overpayments and recovery processes

• Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities

• Perform data audits and ensure payroll data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–5+ years of experience in US payroll, preferably healthcare staffing

• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll system

• Strong understanding of US payroll taxes and compliance

• Experience with timesheet-based payroll processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong numerical and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in US healthcare staffing payroll

• Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing

• Exposure to timekeeping systems (E-time or similar)

• Understanding of shift differentials, overtime, and compliance in healthcare payroll
