Job Description
- Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of operations experience across Payroll/Benefits/Taxation, including hands-on exposure to automation/robotics and business process analysis with a proven record of delivering process improvements and automation projects
- Experience with multinational payroll operations and accounting; extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll ERPs (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM); familiarity with project management practices
- Proven ability to map and analyze current-state and design future-state processes; experience with process improvement methodologies and people/process management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros/VBA preferred)
- Ability to validate and govern automated workflows, rule engines, data quality controls, and exception handling mechanisms
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors
- High attention to detail; analytical mindset with the ability to probe business rules and reconcile variances
