Here, you won't just be managing payroll; you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging our superior technology to deliver tailored global payroll and mobility compliance solutions for an exciting array of clients.
You will support the implementation of technology solutions to meet the compliance needs of our clients, helping manage data and payroll processes for their mobile workforce. As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with clients to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and excellent customer service, while learning and contributing to the advancement of our Total Comp technology solutions.
Job Description Summary
The Global Mobility Compensation Analyst is key in guaranteeing precise and compliant compensation practices for international employees who have relocated across countries.
This role focuses on compiling and managing all aspects of an employee's compensation in their new location, overseeing payroll processes, managing shadow and local payroll services, generating payroll instructions, preparing year-end statements, and offering specialized guidance on payroll-related issues. You will also manage communication with tax authorities, PF authorities and other key stakeholders
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate data related to international employees compensation packages, including base salary, allowances, bonuses, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation details for each relocated employee.
- Prepare detailed payroll instructions for clients or payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for international assignees.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and customize payroll instructions based on individual employee needs.
- Generate year-end compensation statements for relocated employees, including summaries of earnings, deductions, and tax-related information.-
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.-Stay informed about global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in various countries.
- Provide expert advice to clients on payroll-related matters, including tax implications and best practices for international payroll.-
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.-Generate regular reports for clients to provide insights into compensation and payroll metrics.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their payroll and compensation-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor compensation solutions accordingly.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A few years of experience in the field of global mobility, good understanding of global payroll compliance and tax concepts
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, ideally with some experience managing or interpreting complex datasets.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on problem-solving and effective communication.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team, with a positive attitude toward mentorship and development.
