Job Description:
- Manage end to end payroll processing for all US employees both internal and external. (Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly)
- Ensure Accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonus, commission.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Federal, State, and Local wage and tax laws. (FICA, FUTA, STATE Taxes)
- Process deductions for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k).
- Validate timesheets, work hours through VMS portal.
- Work with payroll systems like PayCom.
- Maintain and update employee information on timely basis.
- Perform payroll audits to ensure accuracy and fix discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll accounts with Finance/Accounting.
- Prepare payroll reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify gaps in payroll processes and recommend improvements or automation.
- Work closely with all the departments to make sure accurate payroll in processed.
- Ensure the timesheet records are shared with the billing team for billing.
- Work with AR team to make sure we have enough cash flow for the payroll on weekly basis.
- Addressing tax notice with PayCom.
