Job Title: Payroll Manager LATAM Regions

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-10 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations across LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local statutory compliance, experience in vendor coordination, and a passion for process automation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (LATAM).
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and labor laws.
  • Independently coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll execution.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll records, and review vendor outputs.
  • Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.
  • Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and compliance.
  • Handle tight deadlines and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of local payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
  • Experience in multi-country payroll (LATAM preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in process automation tools or payroll system enhancements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
