Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Manager

Location: K.R. Mangalam Head Office, Chhatarpur

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. The ideal candidate will maintain payroll records, manage statutory compliance, and support HR operations related to employee compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data verification, salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and maintenance of accurate payroll data
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and Gratuity as per government regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS/Payroll software.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly payroll reports and HR MIS for management review.
  • Process new joiner and exit formalities, including full & final settlements and leave encashment.
  • Ensure accuracy in all employment-related documentation such as appointment letters, increment letters, and relieving letters.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams for audits and payroll reconciliations.
  • Stay updated on labour laws, taxation, and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Support any other payroll or HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Postgraduate in Commerce / HR / Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in payroll or HR operations.

Technical Skills:

  1. Payroll software (Excel, HRMS, GreytHR, or similar)
  2. MS Excel Advanced (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
  3. Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
