Payroll Functional SMEs

. 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
. Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
. Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll)

. Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
. Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
. Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
. Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
. Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation process.

. Should have understanding and exposure for Redwood UI migration.

. Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
. Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
. Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
. Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
. Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
