Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR, Payroll & Finance Executive to manage human resources operations, payroll processing, and basic financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll administration, statutory compliance, invoice handling, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.

Human Resources

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

  • Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and benefits.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding payroll discrepancies.

Finance And Accounts

  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and daily accounting activities.
  • Support GST filing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors and external vendors when required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with payroll software, MS Excel, and accounting tools such as Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualification

  • MBA degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and taxation basics.
  • Experience with ERP or HRMS systems is an added advantage.
