We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and addressing payroll-related queries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee data updates and changes.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
  • Prepare and submit statutory compliance reports related to payroll.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.
