We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage and oversee the payroll functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent service to employees.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and employee information.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end tax documents, such as Form 16.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and taxation.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
