Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Executive located in Karad. The Payroll Executive will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement and compliance with all statutory regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee payroll records, processing payroll documentation, managing reports and resolving payroll-related inquiries. The role involves consulting with clients, supporting audits, and collaborating with HR to address employee payment concerns.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Payroll Management, Employee Compensation, and Salary Processing
  • Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance processes, including EPF, ESIC, and taxation
  • Attention to detail with skills in Data Management, Record Keeping, and Documentation
  • Experience with relevant software tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, audit teams, and employees
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment compliance regulations is an advantage
  • Prior experience in payroll or HR operations is beneficial
