Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Admin Executive with strong expertise in India payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll, employee records, compliance filings, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions
• Generate salary statements and payslips
• Full & Final settlement processing
• Payroll reconciliation and MIS reporting
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
Statutory Compliance
• PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS compliance
• Monthly/quarterly statutory filings
• Form 16 generation
• Gratuity and bonus calculations
• Labour law compliance updates
HR Operations
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain employee master database
• HRMS data management
• Exit formalities and clearance
Administration
• Vendor coordination
• Office administration support
• Asset management
• Attendance and biometric system management
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of India payroll processing
• Knowledge of Labour Laws
• Experience with payroll software like Zoho Payroll , greytHR would be added advantage.
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
