Tasks

  • Process and manage the full cycle of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian labor laws.

  • Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions in the payroll system.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of payroll-related financial data.

  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, ensuring prompt communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and audits as required by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting, preferably within the Indian payroll system.

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and payroll management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
