Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Accountant located in Siliguri. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for managing payroll operations, processing employee salaries, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes, creating and managing reports, and handling employment contracts. The role involves maintaining accuracy in payroll and tax documentation, collaborating with HR and finance teams, and using accounting software to ensure seamless payroll execution and financial tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Management and providing Payroll Services
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software and handling Payroll Taxes
- Knowledge of Employment Contracts and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in payroll and finance roles is preferred but not mandatory
