This role serves as the anchor for the squad, bridging the gap between US business stakeholders and the India-based GCC engineering team.

Essential Job Functions:

Define the roadmap for platform modernization and optimization.
Ensure compliance with SWIFT, CHIPS, and Fedwire messaging standards.
Act as the primary liaison between US product owners and GCC engineering.

Qualifications:

Experience 12-15 years
Primary Skill(s) HVP/wire payments domain authority: Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT; RTGS, cross border; translate regulatory mandates to technical backlogs.
ISO 20022 expertise: MT→MX migration, CBPR+, pacs/camt message mapping/validation; ensure scheme compliance.
Product/delivery leadership: roadmap and backlog ownership, platform modernization, stakeholder management; US-India GCC liaison.
Secondary Skill(s) Other rails/ops: RTP/FedNow/ACH/CHAPS/T2/SEPA; 24x7 operations, operating hour extensions, cutover/parallel run.
Risk/compliance: intraday liquidity, queue/priority/limits, settlement risk; OFAC/sanctions, AML/KYC, SWIFT CSP.
Tools/process: SWIFT Alliance Access/SAG, VolPay/Dovetail/GPP/ACI/FIS; APIs/microservices, Kafka/MQ; SIT/UAT/E2E, documentation; CSPO/SAFe.
Keywords High Value Payments, wires, RTGS, cross border; Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT FIN/InterAct/FileAct.
ISO 20022, MT→MX migration, CBPR+, pacs.008/009/004, camt.052/053/054/056/029, XSD/validation, message mapping.
Payments modernization, product owner/manager/architect, roadmap/backlog, GCC/onshore offshore, operating hours extension, cutover.
Required Skills: Deep expertise in HVP ecosystems, ISO 20022, RTGS, and cross-border payments. Strong agile product management skills.
Experience: 12-15+ years in banking/financial services technology, with significant time spent leading payment modernization programs
