OVERVIEW:
The position of the Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing related tasks of Artificial Intelligence projects.
DESCRIPTION:
- Work with payment support team on daily task related to processing payments of the participants across the different locations.
- Coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the AI Projects
- Will be responsible for all communication (email and calls) with different team members and stakeholders
- Will be responsible for providing timely updates to the PM/Account managers and Account Payables teams
- Do timely follow-up with Account team to release pending payments for the participants from different locations.
- Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshooting payment issues and collecting missing information,
- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
- All other tasks as assigned by a manager

- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
- Understanding of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting procedures
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Fresher with no experience can apply
- University Degree.
