Job Description

  • Manage and execute reconciliation processes with payment providers to ensure accurate transaction records across multi currency and multi payment gateways
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  • Monitor and analyse financial data to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reconciliation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to optimize reconciliation workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment provider systems and industry standards within Technology & Telecoms.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights related to payment reconciliations.
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payment Provider Reconciliation Manager should have:

  • A degree in CA/MBA in Finance is a must
  • Min 1-5 years of experience is preferred
  • Proven expertise in reconciliation processes within the Technology industry especially managing multi payment gateways
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with payment provider systems and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting and financial software tools.
