A Bengaluru Based Capital Market Fintech is hiring for Payment Operations and Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payments strategy across UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, AutoPay, and emerging payment rails.
- Manage payment gateways, banking partners, NPCI integrations, and multi-bank redundancy frameworks.
- Drive transaction success rates (TSR) through smart routing, monitoring, and incident management.
- Oversee settlements, reconciliations, nodal/escrow accounts, and cash flow operations.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, and payment security regulations.
- Optimize payment costs, improve unit economics, and strengthen operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and CX teams to enhance payment experiences and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Payments, FinTech, Digital Banking, or Payment Infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, card networks, wallets, and AutoPay.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Juspay, PayU, Cashfree, or BillDesk.
- Deep understanding of RBI/NPCI regulations, settlements, reconciliations, and escrow/nodal account management.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume payment transactions and improving TSR at scale.
