We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payment Posting Executive to join our team in Nungambakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in payment posting or accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial processes in a healthcare environment. 

· Enter insurance and patient payments into the billing system based on EOBs and ERAs.

· Verify and match payment details accurately with patient accounts.

· Process account adjustments, write-offs, refunds, and payment transfers as needed.

· Review payments to identify underpayments, denials, or other discrepancies.

· Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

· Work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing teams to resolve payment issues.

· Follow company policies and insurance payer guidelines while processing payments.

· Ensure all payment information is recorded correctly and on time.

· Investigate and report any payment-related errors or missing information.

· Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling financial and patient data.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in payment posting or accounts receivable, in US healthcare setting.
• Good knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, and payment reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
• Good analytical and data-entry skills.

Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience
