Payment Posting Executive

Post insurance payments, adjustments, and patient payments from EOBs, EFTs, and checks into the billing system.

Reconcile daily deposits with payment

Process and apply credit card payments, electronic fund transfers (EFTs), and lockbox payments.

Required Candidate profile

Experience in US healthcare RCM, including payment posting &reconciliation.

Knowledge of payer (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance).

Familiarity with denial codes and adjustment categories.
