Skydo is looking for a Payment Operations Associate- Analysis and Automation with 1-4 years of experience to join us. This role will report to the Payment Operations Lead.
What you will do:
- Daily Payment Operations:
- Diligently execute Ops SOPs: Payment processing, invoicing, tracking, documentation, and forex conversion operations with various bank partners, ensuring timely payment flow and SLA adherence.
- Manage and resolve operations tickets within defined SLAs with diligence and a customer-first approach.
- Coordinate with customer-facing and compliance teams to manage customer escalations and resolve tickets and customer dependencies.
- Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Create real-time tracking dashboards using SQL and build automated reconciliation processes for foreign and Indian banking partners.
- Generate and publish daily reports and keep track of KPIs for all banking partners and customer cohorts.
- Present periodic performance insights and drive accountability through data-driven reporting.
- Analysis, Strategy and Process Improvement:
- Analyse the transaction data to identify trends, recurring issues and operational risks Recommend and implement process improvements and automations to reduce errors and turnaround time
- Work closely with Operations leadership to shape strategic priorities and foster a strong culture of operational excellence
You're a good fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute with 1-4 years of work experience in a professional setting, in operations
- Highly ethical, values-driven, initiative-taking, growth-oriented, and ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly disciplined, punctual and responsible for handling the timely flow of high-value payments
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand and own metrics, deliver and improve operational Performance with internal and external partners; experience in SQL is required
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Diligence, process orientation, and understanding of process linkage to KPIs
- Experience in handling communications with vendors, partners and customers
