As a Payment Lifecycle Manager I within Payments Operations, you will drive a global transformation of cash asset account structure across JPMorganChase. You will lead a multidisciplinary execution program, engaging all lines of business and collaborating with finance, settlements, and cash specialists to deliver complex, multi-step outcomes that shape the future of cash asset management at the firm.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead the global transformation of cash asset account structure across JPMorganChase.
  • Run a multidisciplinary program of execution, engaging all lines of business at the firm.
  • Collaborate with finance, settlements, and cash specialists to deliver a multi-step, multi-dependency program outcome.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across diverse business units.
  • Oversee program milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strategic objectives.
  • Identify and resolve program dependencies and risks to maintain momentum.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive consensus and progress.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective change management and adoption.
  • Monitor and report on program progress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout program execution.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proven experience contributing to large-scale, multidisciplinary transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business lines.
  • Deep understanding of finance, settlements, or cash operations in a global banking environment.
  • Ability to manage complex program dependencies and risks.
  • Expertise in change management and driving adoption of new processes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in delivering outcomes in a highly regulated environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with global banking transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional program management in a large financial institution.
