Job Description

CRM Executive (Payment Collection) – Solar Industry (Noida Sector 135)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Noida Sector 135

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding project updates and service requests.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Take regular feedback from customers and maintain good relationships.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain customer data.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Diploma holder.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Collections, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Client Coordination.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
  • Good follow-up, coordination, and customer handling skills.
