HIRING: Payer Enrollment Specialists – US Healthcare

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Payer Enrollment professionals with experience in the US healthcare market to manage provider enrollment, payer applications, credentialing, revalidation, and payer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

▪ Manage end-to-end payer and provider enrollment processes

▪ Complete and submit enrollment applications to commercial and government payers

▪ Handle Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments

▪ Maintain and update provider information, NPI, taxonomy, licenses, and practice details

▪ Manage and maintain accurate CAQH profiles and provider information

▪ Follow up with insurance payers regarding pending enrollment applications

▪ Handle payer revalidation, re-credentialing, and demographic updates

▪ Identify and resolve enrollment discrepancies, application errors, and payer requests

▪ Maintain accurate documentation and track enrollment status and effective dates

▪ Coordinate with providers and internal teams to collect required documentation

▪ Work with payer portals and respond to enrollment-related queries

▪ Ensure timely completion of assigned enrollment and credentialing tasks

▪ Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets

Preferred Experience & Skills:

▪ Experience in US healthcare payer enrollment, provider enrollment, credentialing, or RCM

▪ Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes

▪ Knowledge of provider credentialing, revalidation, and re-credentialing processes

▪ Strong follow-up and organizational skills

▪ Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)

▪ Ability to manage multiple providers, payers, and deadlines effectively
