Job Description
What You'll Do:
Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Manage budgets, track performance, and drive ROI
A/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and strategies
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Coordinate with the creative team for ad visuals & content
Manage social media marketing ads across platforms (FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn, etc.)
Requirements:
23 years of hands-on campaign management experience
Strong understanding of PPC, ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, & conversion funnels
Expertise in Meta Business Manager & Google Ads
Knowledge of social media marketing strategy
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
Bonus Skills: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Landing Page Optimization, Copywriting for ads.
