Pattern Master creates accurate, manufacturable garment templates by translating designer sketches into technical patterns using manual methods or CAD software. Key responsibilities include creating base patterns, grading sizes, conducting fit sessions to resolve issues, minimizing fabric wastage, and creating technical packages for production.
