Pattern Master develops accurate garment patterns, grading, and tech packs from designer sketches using manual methods or CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Optitex). They ensure proper fit, optimize fabric consumption, and oversee sample development, bridging the gap between design concepts and bulk production.
