Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Pattern Master and Sample Maker based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include creating garment patterns using manual and computer-aided techniques, ensuring precise fittings, and making high-quality garment samples. This role also involves collaborating closely with designers and the production team to bring their designs to life with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pattern Design and Pattern Making of all types of garments including womenswear, menswear as well as kidswear.
• Proficiency in Fitting and Sewing techniques
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems related to garment design (not mandatory but preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and precision in creating patterns and samples
• Familiarity with sustainable and ethical production processes is a plus
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or homeware garment production
