Job Description

Looking to build experience in healthcare administration and patient services Join a fast-paced healthcare environment where you will play a key role in delivering excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
. Manage patient registration and appointment coordination at the clinic front desk
. Maintain and update patient records accurately within the system
. Handle billing enquiries, payment collection, and cashiering responsibilities
. Arrange follow-up appointments and provide guidance on required tests and procedures
. Prepare administrative and clinic-related reports
. Work closely with healthcare professionals and internal departments to support patient needs
. Assist with daily clinic closing activities and operational duties

Requirements:
. Minimum N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
. Able to commit for at least 3 months
. Available to start work within a short notice period
. Full training and on-the-job guidance will be provided
. Detail-oriented with good communication and customer service skills
. Interested in gaining experience within the healthcare industry
