Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue coordination
  • Handle billing enquiries, payment collection, and cashiering duties
  • Assist with preparation of clinic reports and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and guide patients on required tests or investigations
  • Liaise closely with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to ensure efficient patient care
  • Support daily clinic operations, including counter closing procedures
  • Manage appointment rescheduling and patient feedback enquiries professionally
  • Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and patient experience

Requirements

  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma qualification
  • Training will be provided candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
  • Candidates available to commence work on short notice will have an advantage
