Key Responsibilities:
Patient Engagement:
- Welcome patients and assist them in the waiting area, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families during their visits.
- Engage proactively with patients to gather feedback, testimonials, and suggestions for service improvement.
Testimonial and Feedback Collection:
- Capture high-quality video testimonials and photographs of patients and their families, highlighting their orthodontic journey.
- Record patient feedback and suggestions after their treatment or during their visit.
- Ensure that all testimonials and media are collected with proper consent and securely stored for marketing use.
Communication and Presentation:
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients to represent the clinic's values and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback, photos, and videos for promotional purposes.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Address patient inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and empathetically.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a seamless experience throughout their visit.
- Act as a bridge between patients and clinic management to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Communications, Hospitality, or Healthcare Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Telugu is an added advantage.
- Presentable and professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, or customer service) preferred.
- Basic photography and videography skills (mobile-based).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence when interacting with patients and families.
