Role Overview

We are looking for a Patient Referral Marketing Executive to build strong relationships with doctors and referral partners and drive patient referrals to Even Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and referral partners.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Generate and follow up on patient referrals.
• Promote Even Hospitals specialties, consultants, and services.
• Onboard new referral partners and achieve referral targets.
• Track referrals, conversions, and prepare reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru healthcare market.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
