About the Role

Vitals360 is looking for a motivated and friendly intern to support patients at our partner clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic labs with setting up and using the Vitals360 application. The intern will guide patients through app installation, registration, and basic usage while training hospital and diagnostic lab teams to assist patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present at assigned partner clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic labs to assist patients with the Vitals360 application.
• Help patients download and install the application on their smartphones.
• Guide patients through registration and account setup.
• Explain the basic features of the application in simple language.
• Help patients upload their lab reports and access their health records.
• Assist elderly patients and those who need additional support using the application.
• Encourage patients to start using Vitals360 after their clinic visits.
• Train hospital and diagnostic lab teams on the Vitals360 application, its features, and the patient onboarding process.
• Maintain daily records of patients assisted, successful registrations, and app downloads.
• Share patient onboarding challenges and feedback with the Vitals360 team.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Ability to communicate in local languages; Telugu and English are preferred.
• Willingness to work at assigned partner locations.
• Interest in healthcare technology, customer support, or clinic operations.
