Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Navigator, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Patient Navigator will assist patients in navigating healthcare systems, coordinating appointments, and addressing non-medical barriers to care. Responsibilities include maintaining direct communication with patients, educating them about medication adherence, facilitating access to treatment and resources, tracking their progress, and providing personalized support throughout treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and healthcare providers
  • Proficiency in managing patient records, documentation, and scheduling tools
  • Understanding of patient support programs, prescription adherence management, and chronic disease management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment while maintaining organization and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities to address patient challenges and ensure smooth care coordination
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or a related field preferred
