What this role is about

At MediFyr, we help patients navigate their healthcare journey with clarity and care. We're looking for a Patient Interaction Intern who enjoys talking to people, understands the importance of empathy, and can communicate clearly. You'll be interacting with the patients, understanding their needs, and helping coordinate the next steps with our internal team.

Language Skills

• English – Good working proficiency
• Hindi – Conversational

What You'll Do

• Talk to patients and their families via calls and WhatsApp
• Understand patient concerns and explain processes in a simple way
• Help collect and coordinate medical reports
• Assist with follow-ups and appointment scheduling
• Keep communication records clear and organised
