Job Description

We are seeking an Enrollment & Technical Support Specialist to support patient onboarding, enrollment, and technical assistance for our RPM and CCM programs.

This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, helping them understand program benefits, complete enrollment, troubleshoot device and application issues, and ensure a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with patients over the phone, has strong customer service skills, and can balance enrollment activities with technical support responsibilities.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

ResponsibilitiesPatient Enrollment

●     Contact eligible patients and explain RPM and CCM program benefits

●     Complete patient enrollment and consent processes

●     Verify patient information and eligibility

●     Schedule onboarding appointments as needed

●     Educate patients on program expectations and participation requirements

●     Document all patient interactions accurately in company systems

Technical Support

●     Assist patients with device setup and connectivity issues

●     Troubleshoot RPM devices, mobile applications, and patient portals

●     Support patients with password resets, login issues, and account access

●     Escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary

●     Follow up with patients to ensure successful issue resolution

Patient Engagement

●     Conduct outbound calls to encourage participation and device usage

●     Assist patients in submitting readings and completing program activities

●     Address patient questions regarding devices, services, and care programs

●     Support patient retention and engagement efforts

Administrative Support

●     Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions

●     Update patient records and enrollment statuses

●     Coordinate with clinical and operations teams as needed

●     Meet productivity and quality metrics

QualificationsRequired

●     Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills

●     Minimum 1 year of customer service, healthcare support, enrollment, call center, or technical support experience

●     Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills

●     Comfortable troubleshooting technology with patients over the phone

●     Strong organizational and documentation skills

●     Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft and web-based applications

●     Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

●     Healthcare experience

●     RPM, CCM, telehealth, or care management experience

●     Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare technology

●     Spanish language proficiency

●     Experience with CRM, EHR, or patient engagement platforms
