Job Type - Full time

Location - Jubilee Hills road no 2, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and facilitate efficient scheduling of initial in-home or clinic appointments.

Ensure patients receive a detailed explanation of program services.

Process new appointments or changes to existing appointments.

Demonstrate compassion for individual needs, attention to detail, and collaborate with other team members.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details in the system.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements :

Any Graduate

Experience in Call centre

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in sales roles
