Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Patient Counselor at Rehabcovery Therapeutics. The Patient Counselor will be responsible for assessing patients needs, providing guidance and support, and developing individualized plans to help on their recovery journey. Key tasks include conducting consultations, offering emotional support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to care plans.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathetic interaction
- Knowledge of patient counseling, financial counseling techniques mental health support, and psychological assessment
- Organizational skills, including documentation, time management, and record-keeping
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nursing, Dietician, Patient care Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in counseling or mental health support are a plus
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and their families
- Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and reporting.
