Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Patient Counsellor/Physiotherapist role based in Noida. The role involves assessing patients physical and emotional needs, developing individualized rehabilitation and counselling plans, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Responsibilities include guiding patients and families through treatment goals, educating them on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and homecare routines, and monitoring progress with regular documentation and reporting. The professional will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Additional duties include maintaining high standards of clinical safety, participating in case discussions, and supporting patient engagement and adherence to therapy.

Qualifications

  • Clinical/Non Clinical expertise in physiotherapy.
  • Strong counselling and communication skills to support patients and families, manage expectations, and provide clear health education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care plans, and contribute to collaborative decision-making.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, tracking patient outcomes, and following established protocols and quality standards.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or an equivalent recognized qualification; valid registration with relevant professional or statutory bodies, as applicable.
  • Experience in neuro, orthopedic, or geriatric rehabilitation, or in similar inpatient/outpatient rehab settings, is highly desirable.
  • Comfort working with older adults and individuals with chronic conditions, with a patient-centered and empathetic approach.
  • Basic computer skills for using electronic medical records and reporting tools; willingness to adhere to organizational policies and continuous learning.
